Is picons service available?

I'm trying to access the picons search via the
webpage at http://www.cs.indiana.edu:80/picons/search.html
and am having no luck. It (the form) tries to connect to:
http://www.cs.indiana.edu:800/piconsearch, but it
times out. Is the server down for service or the like?
If anyone knows, I'd appreciate a response.
